Don Q 7 ans is a molasses rum from Puerto Rico, from a distillery that makes ecology one of its priorities. These efforts are reflected not only in the environment, but also in the rums themselves, which benefit in particular from top-quality water.
This blend is made from two types of eau-de-vie. One is a light rum, produced in multi-columns, and the other is more concentrated, distilled in a single copper column. These rums were aged for at least 7 years in bourbon casks, before forming this Cuvée Reserva.
