Dos Maderas Atlantic comes from the blend of two old rums. The first is a 5-year-old Guyanese rum while the second, also 5 years old, comes from Barbados. The respective aging takes place in oak barrels, in the tropics.
The blend then benefits from a year of refining in ex-Pedro Ximénez barrels. This maturation is carried out within the Williams & Humbert bodega, located in Jerez, in Andalusia, in the south of Spain.
