Emperor Célébration is a blend finished in a barrel of Pinot Noir "Les Saintes Claires" from the Albert Mann estate. This rare Alsatian wine is a plot-based cuvée planted on ancient limestone in the commune of Sigolsheim.
The blend is composed of a 10-year-old Mauritian rum and a 22-year-old Jamaican rum. The latter have been aged in French and American oak barrels.
The cuvée was then matured for a further 6 months in wine barrels.
