This Exception cuvée from the Ricci family contains a very old rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited.
Distilled from molasses in 2000, it was aged entirely in a bourbon barrel. Bottling in 2024 was done without reduction or filtration.
The barrel produced 200 copies after 24 years of aging.
