The Famille Ricci OVNI n° 10 cuvée comes from a blend which consists of 65% rum from Guyana and more particularly from Demerara Distillers Ltd. Distilled in the Uitvlugt still, this rum is 20 years old. The second 18-year-old rum comes from Jamaica and comes from Worthy Park.
During bottling, the blend has undergone no reduction or addition.
