The first rum, aged 18 years, comes from Jamaica. It was distilled in 2006 at Worthy Park. It was aged entirely in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
It is paired with a Fiji rum from the South Pacific Distillery. This is the last distillery operating in the archipelago. This 12-year-old molasses rum is from the 2012 vintage. It has also aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
