This Barbade 2012 is a double-aged molasses rum typical of the Ferroni house.
This cuvée benefits from an initial 8 years of tropical ageing in American oak barrels.
French ex-Rasteau oak barrels were used for the second part of the ageing in Provencal cellars.
The rum has not undergone any reduction in alcohol content prior to bottling.
