Ferroni Brut de Fût Barbade 2006 is a concentrated molasses rum from the Foursquare distillery. With its "single blended rums", the house run by Richard Seale has imposed a balanced, flavorful style, the fruit of a blend of pot still and column rums.
These rums were blended before ageing, the majority of which took place in bourbon casks. In France, at Château des Creissauds in Aubagne, Guillaume Ferroni chose an exceptional cognac cask (1978 vintage) to continue the maturation process and bring even greater richness to this brut de fût bottled rum.
