Flag Series Jamaica vintage 2010 rum comes from the Clarendon distillery, founded in 1949. It is the result of a long fermentation followed by distillation in a double-twisted iron still.
After distillation, it was marked EMB, which corresponds to an ester content of between 125 and 175 gr/hlap.
Bottled without reduction from an ex-bourbon barrel bearing the number #MM10FV52, this 12-year-old rum spent 8 years in the tropics.
220 bottles were produced.
