Flor de Cana Eco is a molasses rum produced by a Nicaraguan distillery located in Chichigalpa. It has been run by the same family for 5 generations.
This is a blend of rums aged in the heart of the distillery's cellars for between 12 and 18 years.
The production of this rum is certified carbon neutral and fair trade. The rum is aged in the cellars located at the foot of the San Cristobal volcano, the highest and most active in Nicaragua.
