This “High Esters” rum from Foursquare is an innovation within the Habitation Velier range.
It comes from the blend of two rums distilled in a double-twisted pot still. The first is a rum made from molasses fermented using breeding yeast. The second, for its part, comes from pure cane juice and is fermented with wild yeasts.
After fermentation for 72 hours (which explains the acronym LFT = Long Fermentation Type) and distillation, the rum obtained has a particularly high level of esters. This parameter directly influences the aromatic character of this unique taste experience.
