This traditional molasses rum from Panama was produced by the Las Cabras distillery. It is part of the Barrel Series collection, bottled by the Grander Rum brand. This series features limited-edition rums that have been double-aged.
This single cask is made from rum aged for 10 years in bourbon casks at the distillery. The rum was then transferred for a further 2 years to a peated whisky barrel from the Isle of Islay, bearing the number IP2209.
Bottling was carried out without reduction or filtration.
