Always on the lookout for innovation in aging, HSE now works with different toasts. As we saw with the HSE Confrérie du Rhum 2007 and its "Brume Cuivrée" toast, the way the barrel is worked has an enormous influence on the rum's aromas.
This 2013 vintage rhum agricole benefits from the same innovation. It is aged in French oak barrels with "Brume Cuivrée" toasting.
Bottling in August 2023 produced 600 numbered copies.
