Isautier has developed this fruity, comforting recipe on Reunion Island, the birthplace of rhum arrangés.
In this arrangé, the mango is caramelized to perfection and blends perfectly with the Isautier rum.

Nico's tasting notes
The nose offers us a fresh and tangy delicacy, which we guess is rather sweet and enhanced with a light alcohol. The fruits are relatively green and thus retain a certain liveliness.
The palate is very round but rather powerful, with an almost spicy sensation that counterbalances the sweet side. The fruits are riper than on the nose, while offering an additional fresh vegetal dimension.
