This is a JM rum from the 2014 harvest. Put into barrels in December of the same year, this rum was not drawn off until June 30, 2023.
Cask 162705, which previously contained bourbon, produced 259 bottles.
Not cold filtered but above all not reduced, this rum expresses all the know-how of cellar master Karine Lassalle.
