JM Single Barrel 2014-2023 Barrel 210098 is an exclusive selection from German distributor Kirsch Import.
This is an old agricultural rum from the Fonds Préville distillery. This house produces JM rums using ancestral know-how, to which is added that of the cellar master, Karine Lassalle.
For this Single Barrel edition, the rum comes from the 2024 harvest. The aging began in December of the same year in a new American oak barrel. This barrel benefited from a Char 5 type toast, therefore intensive.
Bottling took place in July 2023 and produced 252 bottles.
This unreduced single cask comes from cask 210098. It has not been chill filtered.
