Cognac Cask Matured is an expression of the Kilchoman farm/distillery range of Scottish single malts.
Some thirty casks previously used for cognac are used to produce this edition.
This peated whisky is aged for a minimum of 6 years before bottling.
It is not chill-filtered, and no additives are added.
