Kilchoman Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Matured is a Scottish single malt whiskey from the island of Islay.
The breeding of the latter is spread over a minimum of five years. For this, the distillery uses Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels.
These come from Bodega José y Miguel Martin which is located in Jerez in Spain.
For the 2023 edition, the distillery produced 23,000 bottles of this expression.
