Kill Devil Guyana 11 ans is a molasses rum produced by the Diamond distillery in Guyana. The distillery is renowned for its collection of wooden stills, and is owned by Demerara Distillers Limited. Scottish brand Kill Devil is owned by independent bottler Hunter Laing.
The rum was distilled in April 2008 in a pot still, before being aged in oak and finished in a Port Ellen whisky cask. Total ageing is 11 years.
It is hand-bottled in Scotland without coloring, reduction or cold filtration.
This cuvée, made from a single barrel, produced 690 bottles.
