This molasses rum, selected and bottled under the Kill Devil brand, comes from Ten Cane, a distillery on the island of Trinidad. The latter is now closed, as is the legendary Caroni distillery.
Distilled in May 2008 in a pot still and aged for a total of 14 years, this cuvée from a single cask produced 260 bottles.
This brut de fût rum has not been filtered, and no additives have been added.
