Still illustrated by Martinican artist Lucas Valérie, this4th edition of "Brut 2 Colonnes" is no exception to the rule: it is made from a blend of rums distilled in the two Creole columns.
The label highlights the fermentation stage before the distillation of this fermented cane juice is sent to the copper and stainless steel distillation columns.
Bottling took place in February 2023 after long months of rest and brewing. 5000 numbered copies were produced.
