Distilled in a Creole column still in November 2017, it benefited from aging for more than 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels , developing a beautiful aromatic complexity while preserving the freshness and expressiveness of the cane.
Bottled in January 2026 at its natural strength, without dilution, this rum is offered cask strength , providing an intensely flavorful experience and a true expression of its aging. This 2017 vintage is limited to just 2,900 numbered bottles.
