Just like its non-reduced version , this great aroma 11 year old rum was distilled by Savanna after a long fermentation.
The rum was then aged entirely on site in 5 different barrels.
Chais Saint Éloi then assembled and bottled the rum from these barrels.
999 decanters were produced in total.
