This Long Pond 2005 Cambridge STC♥E bottling is the big brother of Long Pond 2010 Cambridge STCE Small Batch 57°.
Distilled in double-twisted pot stills at Long Pond in 2005, this rum bears the STC♥E mark, which stands for "Simon Thomson Cambridge Estate".
It refers to an ester content of between 550 and 700 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.
This rum, aged for 18 years in tropical conditions, has undergone a 75% angels' share.
No fewer than 10 ex-bourbon barrels are blended for this cuvée, 2717 of which are produced.
