Mabi Mombin punch is made exclusively from Guadeloupe agricultural rum and cane sugar. The maceration of fresh, seasonal fruit lasts between 6 months and 1 year.
The mombin plum is a yellow stone fruit (a drupe) shaped like an egg, somewhere between a plum and a lemon. This fruit, also native to the West Indies, offers intense, slightly tart flavors.
