Maca presents this vintage to mark the brand's 10th anniversary: a cask strength whisky whose visual, designed by Isa Daulard, pays homage to Mauritius with the mention "l'Isle de France", the former name given to this territory.
This rum is distilled twice : first in a column still in Mauritius, then a second time, after its arrival in mainland France, at the Distillerie l'Isle de France distillery, in a Stupfler still .
It then benefits from double aging : first in new French oak barrels rinsed with cognac for a year, then in ex-Pedro Ximénez American oak barrels.
This vintage is strictly limited to 359 copies, numbered by hand.
