This bottling of the Mars Whisky brand produced by the Komagatake distillery has been aged on the island of Yakushima. It is a single cask from the Foundations collection.
Aged on April 25, 2019, it spent 5 years in an American white oak barrel. Cask #2281 of this rare whisky produced 244 copies. Indeed, the distillery located in Miyada-mura in the Japanese Alps only produces whisky a few months a year.
This expression is free from reduction and cold filtration.
