Mars Komogatake Double Cellars 2019 is a Japanese single malt whisky. This is the second edition of the "Double Cellars" series. The principle behind this limited series is to age the same whisky in two different locations, and then blend it together.
Distillation took place at the Shinshu distillery in 2014. An ex-bourbon cask went to the Yakushima distillery's winery. Three other casks remained at Shinshu: a new American oak, an ex-bourbon and an ex-sherry.
