Montebello agricultural white rum is presented here in a 40° version. It is traditionally produced by the Carrère distillery located in Petit-Bourg.
It is produced from canes harvested manually. The plots belong to small planters who work on the volcanic terroirs of Soufrière.
This Guadeloupean agricultural rum is an excellent base for making your cocktails. For slightly more muscular ti'punch, however, we recommend the 50 and 55 versions.
