This Montebello 11-year old rum is part of the "La Rencontre" collection, which features finishes produced by artisans with unrivalled expertise.
Here, old Montebello agricultural rum is paired with the Carillon family's exceptional white wine from the Puligny-Montrachet terroir.
For this third cuvée, the rum was put into ex-bourbon barrels in August 2010, before undergoing a 236-day finish in a Puligny-Montrachet barrel.
Bottling took place in July 2022 without any reduction. This limited series produced 620 numbered bottles.
