Burning Daylight is an American Straight Rye Whiskey produced by Hotaling & Co Distillery. The latter, located in San Francisco, has been producing whiskey by hand since 1993.
This vintage from the 2024 Ex libris collection comes from a barrel aged in 2015.
The new American oak cask No. OP13/15-3 produced 185 bottles. This rye whisky did not benefit from any reduction or addition before bottling.
