Insula Nox is a vintage of old rum from Père Labat. Located in Marie-Galante, the Poisson distillery perpetuates ancestral know-how while highlighting a unique terroir.
Here is an agricultural rum aged 10 years. From the 2013 vintage, the rum was first aged for 8 years in ex-Jack Daniel's bourbon barrels.
Refining for 2 years in old champagne barrels completes the maturation.
This edition is limited to 1800 copies.
