This rum is made from a blend of old rums aged at least four years, distilled at the Poisson distillery in Marie-Galante .
It is developed in accordance with the traditional methods established by Father Labat in the 17th century.
Grown and harvested by hand, the sugar cane is distilled in copper columns, resulting in a unique aromatic richness.
