This molasses rum comes from Destiladora de Alcoholes y Rones where it was distilled in 2019.
It remained on site for a first aging of 3 years in bourbon barrels. It was subsequently imported to France. It then stayed in the Ferrand cellars to spend 4 months in cognac barrels, before benefiting from a final refining of 8 months in an old Madeira wine barrel.
