Oliver y Oliver signs with Punta Cana a rum-based spirit drink with a rich and sophisticated profile.
This blend is based on a combination of rums from Nicaragua , Colombia , Panama and Trinidad & Tobago , enriched with aromatic herbs and spices that give it its aromatic signature.
The aging process is carried out using the Solera method, with rums aged up to 12 years in French and American oak barrels, some of which have undergone specific toasting at 200°C, allowing for optimal caramelization of the wood and an increased concentration of vanillin.
It is finally matured in ex-Oloroso casks that previously held sherry.
