Golden color. Tears are fine, numerous and rapid.
The nose is immediately very open, with barley and flowers (lavender, rosemary, hawthorn and dried wild fennel sprig). Vanilla and light caramel add roundness. A touch of honey, nutmeg, apricot and yellow plum.
The palate is lively and ample, with a peppery, fruity attack (plum and white peach). Flowers soon follow, followed by hawthorn and honey. Depth, light oak, coconut and vanilla.
The finish is moderately long on pepper and flowers.
