ReimonenQ Cœur de Chauffe is presented here in a less reduced version (and therefore a higher degree) than the traditional ReimonenQ Blanc Cœur de Chauffe in 50° .
This rum is made from pure cane juice fermented in a double column still unique to the Antilles. Once distilled, the rum rests in stainless steel vats before finally being bottled after reduction to 59° compared to the usual 50°.
