ReimonenQ Cœur de Chauffe is presented here in a less reduced version (and therefore a higher degree) than the traditional ReimonenQ Blanc Cœur de Chauffe in 50°.
This rum is made from pure cane juice fermented in a double-column still unique in the West Indies. Once distilled, the rum is rested in stainless steel vats before being finally bottled after reduction to 59° from the usual 50°.
