This rum was distilled in an iron still on February 18, 2015. This rum was then placed in 10 ex-bourbon American oak barrels to benefit from 4 years of tropical aging.
Once repatriated to Scotland, the rum continued maturing for a further 3 years. It was then bottled for Rest & Be Thankful on February 6, 2023.
It was not cold-filtered and has its natural color. This is the second small batch, delivering 3571 bottles.
