Père Labat 59° is a white agricultural rum from the island of Marie-Galante, nicknamed "the island of a hundred mills". It is offered here in a 3-liter cubi.
This pure cane juice is distilled in a copper column on the Poisson estate, which perpetuates the oldest, most traditional rum-making techniques.
