Rom De Luxe Jamaica Worthy Park is a 7-year-old molasses rum from the Worthy Park distillery. In 340 years of operation, only 3 families have succeeded each other at the head of this Jamaican distillery, considered to be the country's oldest still in operation.
The rum was distilled in 2015, using a traditional Forsyth still. It then benefited from 5 years of maturation in a tropical climate in an ex-bourbon cask, followed by a further 2 years in a continental climate in an ex-islay whisky cask.
Specializing in the bottling of exceptional rums, Rom De Luxe carried out the bottling in April 2022. A total of 242 bottles were bottled, with no reduction in alcohol content and no addition of sugar.
