Three Stars or Three Stars is a Puerto Rican molasses rum from the Ron del Barrilito brand.
It is produced using a method created by Pedro Fernández in 1880. Returning to Hacienda Santa Ana in 1871, after training in distillation in France, Pedro Fernández created the recipe that would make this brand famous.
This rum is made up of a blend of rums aged between 6 and 10 years. Aging takes place in ex-Sherry Oloroso white oak barrels.
