Rum & Cane Panama 12 years is a molasses rum distilled in a column still. It comes from the Alcoholes del Istmo distillery located in Las Cabras in the province of Herrera in Panama.
It comes from a single barrel that previously contained bourbon. The latter made it possible to obtain 305 bottles.
The entire aging process, 12 years, took place in the Panamanian tropics.
