This 5-year-old vintage from the Rum Explorer brand comes from Barbados.
It comes from the blend of molasses distillates from the famous Foursquare distillery. The rums are produced partly in a pot still and partly in a column.
Once imported into France, the rum benefits from several months of refining in Normandy, in the cellars of Château du Breuil.
For this, the cellar master carries out a double maturation. First, the rum passes into French oak barrels and then into American oak barrels.
