The bottler Signatory Vintage is behind the selection of this single cask distilled on June 25, 1996. It is a vintage from the “Symington's Choice” series.
It benefited from a very long aging in an ex-Oloroso sherry butt. This one was numbered 105097.
For this vintage, no additions and no reductions are planned. Bottling on February 12, 2024 gave birth to 534 numbered carafes.
