This is a traditional rum made from Reunion Island molasses from the Savanna distillery. From the 2017 vintage, this rum was aged in bourbon and then rum barrels for 7 years, including 2 years in the tropical climate of Reunion Island.
The bottling of this brut de fût vintage from a single barrel gave rise to 325 bottles.
