Spirit of the day #4 corresponds to the 4th vintage of the young bottling brand Spiritori, now renamed.
For this 4th opus, direction Marie-Galante with an agricultural rum from the Bielle distillery. Distilled in 2022, this rum benefited from 23 months of aging in wood in a single bourbon barrel.
Before maturing, this vintage benefited from a long rest which also allowed for a reduction.
Romain only produced 262 bottles of this vintage.
