The 7th vintage in the Easy Peasy collection is the result of a blend of Jamaican “High Ester” rums. This edition has the particularity of being bottled at 57°, which is quite close to the actual Navy Strength level, which is 57.15°.
The composition of this assembly is as follows:
- 35% of a 7-year-old Belizean rum from the Travellers distillery,
- 29% d’un blend (9 à 18 ans) de rhums de Jamaïque (DOK, C<>H, <>H),
- 13% of a 6-year-old molasses rum from the Foursquare distillery located in Barbados,
- 12% of an 8-year Venezuelan ron,
- 6% of a blend (11 to 16 years) of Jamaican rums (Long Pond & New Yarmouth),
- 5% of a rum from Hampden (LROK) in Jamaica which has been aged for 13 years.
For this expression, 800 bottles were produced.
