This is a column-distilled molasses rum from Trinidad, from the legendary Caroni distillery, which closed in 2002.
This batch n°16 benefited from refining in sherry barrels before being bottled without reduction and without any addition.
Bottled exclusively for the French market, only 132 numbered copies of this cuvée were produced.
