The Chita is Suntory's first single-grain whisky.
Produced by the Chita distillery, located not far from Kyoto, it is a blend of three distillates. From these eaux-de-vie, the distillery has extracted 5 different profiles thanks to specific ageing processes.
These whiskies have been aged in a variety of casks. These include European oak barrels that have previously contained wine, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
