Edition 66 of Tres Hombres Marie Galante Vieux rum comes from the Père Labat distillery. Located on Marie Galante, this is one of the oldest rum distilleries still in operation.
Distilled from pure sugarcane juice, this 4-year-old 2019 vintage rum was transported aboard the schooner Tres Hombres.
It is blended from 3 barrels used for sea transport. These have previously contained Bourbon, Tawny Port and Pedro Ximenez.
The schooner Tres Hombres has been transporting goods under sail between Western Europe and the Caribbean since 2009.
